1. TERMS OF USE AND THE ACCEPTANCE THEREOFE

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter, the "General Conditions") regulate the use of the mobile community service www.jump2video.com and www.jumpinmobile.com (hereinafter, the "Service") that RED PLANET MEDIA, INC. (hereinafter, "RPM") places at the disposal of cell phone users free of charge. You, the person making use of the Service (hereinafter, "User") hereby acknowledges your full acceptance, without reservations, of each and every one of the General Conditions, of the version published by RPM at the moment the User accesses the Service. The use of certain functions offered to the Users through the Service are subject to particular conditions relating specifically to that function, (hereinafter, the "Specific Conditions") and may substitute, complete, or modify the General Conditions. Therefore, before using such services, the User must also carefully read the corresponding Specific Conditions. Likewise, the use of the Service is also subject to all warnings, regulations of use and instructions brought to the User's knowledge by RPM, which complete the provisions of these General Conditions, to the extent that they do not contradict them.
